Owners are members of NARPM, have reasonable rates ($100/mo + first mo rent) and appeared very professional in the first phone-call and meeting, but it went downhill after signing the contract:
- small team of ~5 but appears communication amongst office is poor,
- delayed response,
- unprofessional/curse responses via e-mail,
- lack of follow-through so we feel we have to 'stay on top'.
For convenience, we intend to stay with their service for duration of current lease and until we can ensure the next management team will be more reliable.

Stay away. Very unprofessional, combative, argumentative. Lie to cover their tracks. Horrible follow-thru. Puts clients at risk with their inability to follow Texas Property Code. Perhaps this is why the have a D- with the Better Business Bureau.
