I've been on T-Mobile for about three years (work Blackberry) and it's been pretty reliable. Then again, I had Cingular before, so ANYTHING would be an improvement.

I had T-Mobile from 2005-2008. Customer service was decent and usually fixed my problem in about 20 minutes.

I live in central Texas (Waco, Temple, Killeen area) and had minimal signal in most areas. At work, I had no signal at all and would frequently miss calls.

I went through four phones, two for me, two for my wife and both times they were identical with the same signal problems.

If you live in a T-mobile rich area and don't travel much, I would recommend their service.

If you travel or live in a smaller town away from big cities, I would stay away from T-mobile like the plague.

I have been with T-mobile for over a year now. I havn't had any problems with them, and I love the myfaves feature. It really saves me on minutes to be able to call these 5 people for free. My bill has always been the same every month so I know what to expect. They have always been so kind when I call and have a question, and they help me out very quickly.
