The Samsung Omnia is the closest to an iPhone I've found so far. If you're not on AT&T I highly recommend it. The accelerometer works well and the touch screen is easy to use.
I wish there were a better app store, as with the iPhone, but I'll take what I can get!
It handles video, tethering, WiFi, GPS, etc.
