This keyboard is awesome. Although, I’ve had no wrist problems, switching to this keyboard was easy for me even though I’ve used a normal keyboard for nearly fifteen years.

To look at, it’s quite strange looking at first. Not only does it have the split and angled keyboard of earlier ergonomic keyboard designs, but also adds two other unique features. First, it adds a removable 7-degree palm lift which creates perfect support for your wrists. This in conjunction with its padded wrist support pads make typing extremely comfortable. It also adds a 12-degree gable where the keyboard raises in the center of the keyboard to make wrist position one hundred percent natural.

It also has lots of quick keys including calculator, my favorites for web pages and back forward keys for quick navigation on the Internet. The Zoom slider in the middle of the key board makes it super-convenient to zoom in and out on a screen. These quick keys are just awesome.

I can’t think of anything negative to say about it so far.

For those of you with any wrist problems or who are looking to prevent future wrist problems from overuse, I recommend the Microsoft Natural Ergonomic Keyboard 4000.

I have a couple of these (just in case) and buy a new one for any contract I go work on.

This is the best keyboard I've used. My wrists are at a completely natural angle. Perfect for marathon coding sessions.
