With MS Adcenter you can place ads on Bing.com and some other MS sites like msn.com. Overall, I've been pretty unimpressed with it. It doesn't scale well to handling large numbers of ads and campaigns, importing ads is a nightmare, and their Desktop tool has a variety of problems which make it practically unusable. When I import campaigns now I have to speak with a "Microsoft Business Team" employee to assist in each change...obviously this is highly inefficient (for both me and MS). Adcenter is quite frankly an embarrassment, and MS is likely leaving millions on the table in lost revenue due to this poor software.

Even if they can't fix Adcenter (it probably needs to be done over again from scratch), I have a suggestion for MS: let people import their Google campaigns in just one click. If you can accomplish this you will get 90% of the benefit with a fraction of the work. Everyone is managing their campaigns in Adwords anyway, they don't want to use Adcenter, but would do so if you can provide and easy way to move things over in one click.
