Haven't been too impressed with these folks. They sent all bills to my tenant instead of looking up the owners address on public record with the country (takes two seconds to look up online). Since I never got the bill, never paid it and they hired a law firm to come after me. First thing the law firm did? Look up the owners address online and got in touch with me. Duh! Come on, you don't need to hire a law firm to look up an address for you.
