I've stopped recommending them to people because their site has descended too far into shoddy marketing. You will literally get about 20 or 30 emails from them (and often automated phone calls) for each domain you have around the time it should be renewed - *even if you have it set to auto renew*. Their website is slow, unintuitive, buggy - and filled with dozens of "up sell" attempts. I'm currently looking for a better alternative to transfer my domains.
