While the focus here is more on large companies, this book is still invaluable. I really like the scientific approach to analyzing success so you know it's not just someones opinion that you are reading, but based on hard evidence. Concepts like the flywheel, getting the right people on the bus, and that venn diagram (which shows the intersection of what you're good at, what you love doing, and what can make you money) have been repeated by numerous other business books and in conversations with entrepreneurs around the world.
