Had this machine for 1 month. Bought it from Ezees housewares in Toronto, Canada. It was refurbished. It had been a Costco return. The price was $500 CDN, compared to over $1000 new at Costco and elsewhere.
Comparable to Gaggia Synchrony Digital.
The Gaggia is harder to clean and adding water is more difficult.
The Krupps superauto and Saeco superauto are not built as well.
Pros:
Great espresso and regular coffee
Easy to use
Fast
Easy to clean
Multi adjustments for grind fineness, dosage, and amount of water to use for each shot.
Can set different dosage and amount of water for each shot so you can brew and espresso and then an americano with only minor adjustments.
Cup warmer on top.

Cons:
The lid that covers the coffee bean hopper does not stay open by itself, making filling a little tricky since one hand has to hold the lid open.
A little loud, but all super-automatics are loud when grinding the beans fresh.
Have to test for various combinations of grind, dosage and water.

Unknown:
How long machine will work before needing service.
