I've been banking with Chase for a few years. I've been satisfied with their service for the basics (checking/savings/credit cards), but they really try to screw you with mortgage loans.

Their online banking website is not very easy to use (although this seems to be common for most banks I've seen). Most of their "free" checking accounts actually include a $6 fee unless you do something very specific to avoid it, like setup direct deposit to it, etc. Feels a bit like nickel and diming to extract fees wherever they can and it's only "free checking" in name.

Curious to hear other people's experiences with their banks.
