I got my hands on one of these recently as well, and the interface is gorgeous! Blackberry has stepped it up with the iPhone competition. They have solid hardware that is very durable, but still can't compete on ease of use. For example, the process to get it synched up with Outlook was still WAY more difficult than it should have been, and included several hours of frustration and digging through obscure menus.
