I'll leave aside for a moment the fact that article marketing largely does not work anymore, and is essentially just spamming the internet with junk.

But let's look specifically at Article Marketer as a company. They as basically running a scam where they will try to rebill people for their quarterly or yearly plan and they then offer NO REFUND.

They state it explicitly here:

You have to ask yourself, if they are suddenly billing customers for another year of service that the customer DOES NOT WANT, why wouldn't they offer a refund on this?

The answer is that they know the service is junk and they are trying to take people's money leaving them no recourse. Disputing the charge with Paypal won't help because as a "digital good" there is no proof of shipment or anything like that, and Paypal will side with the merchant.

I'd love to see a class action suit brought against this company. If you've had a similar experience please post it here.
