Positive Comments:
Located in the basement of Lebin Shopping Mall on the corner of Nanjing Lu and Binjiang Dao, Amici Coffee is not hard to find. It has a great menu, although not huge, definitely substantial. Their menu includes pizza (35-38 Yuan), hot dogs (18 Yuan), sandwiches (sub style) and Panini (18-25 Yuan), spaghetti (25 Yuan), salads (15 Yuan), soups, rice dishes (20-28 Yuan) and beverages including coffee (15-23 Yuan), tea (18-28 Yuan) , beer and juices (around 15 Yuan).
The place and food is very clean. I enjoyed their background music which was easy listening. It was neither too loud nor too quiet. The service was fine.

Another cool thing is that they sell fresh coffee beans, which is not very common in Tianjin.
The menu is in English and Chinese.

Here’s what I tried:
1. Spaghetti with Black Pepper Steak. It was pretty good. Warning: it is a little spicy, but they reduced the spiciness at my request.
2. Hawaiian Pizza. It was nicely done, with lots of cheese and pineapple.
3. Roasted Chicken Sandwich (sub style). This was perfect. I loved it. Apparently it is their most popular item on the menu.
They also do take-out as well as accept the Tianjin Focus Card.

Negative Comments:
The heating ducts were a little noisy at times in the ceiling, but in no way over-bearing. The music was still able to be heard the whole time.
