This song is awesome and is very clever. The lyrics are rather nonsensical but still powerful and almost haunting. The lyrics were mostly inspired by random bits and pieces from a newspaper.

In the middle and at the end it climaxes in a brilliant amount of orchestral noise and was actually two songs blended into one.

Interestingly, it was refused to be played by the BBC when it first came out.

An awesome song, possibly the best in probably the best band ever's catalog, and one of the few where you truly feel both Paul and John's input.
