Probably one of the best self improvement books I ever read. I listened to it on audio tape a number of times over the years. |

Doesn't appear to be actively developed anymore and is riddled with bugs. Check out: http://ejohn.org/blog/google-groups-is-dead/ |

Pretty awesome device for all it can do - but the Kindle probably still wins as a strict ebook reader because the screen is not backlit (can be readin direct sunlight and is easier on the eyes) and the battery goes for weeks without a recharge. |

Keeps you anonymous (no spammy marketing from car dealers) and gets dealers to compete for your business online. Good way to avoid haggling. |

Lisa is a very nice person, but I wasn't 100% happy with her services. In particular one property stayed vacant for longer than I thought it should have taken to rent it. She was also bad about responding to emails and I often had to call her to get a response. This was certainly an inconvenience since I was out of the U.S. She seemed over extended and is running a one-person shop. She occasionally could not meet with prospective tenants on weekends which was a big problem, and she also does not speak Spanish (and could not rent to Spanish speaking tenants). I switched to a slightly larger property management company with more staff and it has been going better. |

This is a bit of legend in California and is famous for being $2 per bottle. It's available in some other states for $3 or $4 bucks a bottle. According the Gary Vaynerchuck the Savignon Blanc and the Shiraz are the best values while some others are quite poor. Review here:

These guys are perhaps the oldest and most respected. One thing that is annoying is that you can't just go to their website and apply! They have an army of resellers out there which they send you to, and the whole process feels a bit slimy - it's difficult to compare them. |
